Welcome to my class website!
Here you will find resources and ideas to help with you child's education. The purpose of this website is to be a guide for parents looking for more direction in their child's education. These are suggested activities and meant as a guide for you and your child.
Families are encouraged to support their child to complete the provided options in Literacy and Numeracy for an average of 1 hour per day. In addition to this, families are encouraged to read to/with their child daily and to consider daily physical activity and free play as important parts of their child's mental health and skill development.
I understand that every family's situation is different, and no one is expecting you to turn your house into a classroom. Remember the hour can be broken up into small chunks of time throughout the day. You may also want to include whole body, "brain breaks", like GoNoodle or Jack Hartmann songs, between activities.
Please keep checking Class Dojo for updates and photos. If you have any questions during this time, please do not hesitate to contact my through Class Dojo or email.
Stay safe. I miss all my 'kids' and hope to see them again soon!
love,
Miss O.
